Moshing Potatoes: Rock with your Cook out

What do Lita Ford, Max Cavalera (Soulfly & Cavalera Conspiracy), Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society), Alex Skolnick (Testament), Scott Ian (Anthrax), Andrew W.K., Mark Morton (Lamb Of God) and Johnny Kelly (Type O -) have in common? Yes, they are all part of famous Heavy Music bands. But we bet you had no idea that they know some pretty killer food recipes. How do we know? Well, they are all featured on a brand new book called "Mosh Potatoes" by Steve Seabury.

One thing that we all have in common, no matter where we come from or what music we like, is that we all love food. Specially during the holidays. Take Thanksgiving for example, the entire holiday is centered around eating a vast amount of food with our loved ones. Or how about when you go to a concert or to a sporting event? Part of the experience is to get a $10 hot dog and to pretend that its the best hot dog ever!

With "Mosh Potatoes", Steve Seabury is taking his career as a headbanger to another level, and not only did he write a kick-ass recipe book, but he also added a twist of his biggest passions: Food, Beer, and Heavy Music! Remember: Life without food, would be just as bad as life without Heavy "kick you in the face" Music! \m/

Here are some selected quotes from some of the artists involved in Steve Seabury's "Mosh Potatoes":

"Keep a copy of Mosh Potatoes in your kitchen and your guitar case to make sure your culinary desires are well tended to both at home and on the road" -Dave Ellefson (MEGADETH)

"Mosh Potatoes is the book to get your pit on, the BBQ pit! Killing in the kitchen!" -Bobby Blitz (OVERKILL)

"Mosh Potatoes is damn hot that Satan himself would get out of the kitchen!" -Morgan Lander (KITTIE)
