my case was audited on may 21. They were saying there are 10,000
cases they filed and all are audited. What is supervised recruitment

There is no limit on the amount of money that a person can bring in. However if a person is carrying $10 k (this includes cash, travellers check, bank draft etc) or >5k in cash then that has to be declared at customs and person should go through Red Channel.

I received an RFE on my AP and it's says Proof of that I have complied with NSEERS. Now how do I proof this as looks like nobody have got such an RFE.

there is no isue while filing for I-485 also. when you file for AOS, F-1 status becomes invalid.But, you will get EAD and that will give you all the work authorization you need. You DO NOT have to change spouse back to H-4.

Sent the all the existing I 94's and Passport.

my RFE response reached VSC on Oct 31st and online status says
Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.
Anyone with idea on how long approx it will take to get approval. Have to travel by end of Nov and USCIS delay is resulting in really expensive air fare.
Let's keep all of us updated on these RFE on AP.

yes that is true that we need position and job details before looking out usin AC-21. I am in same boat, I have I-140 copy but nothing related to labor. I think I am stuck for next 3-4 years with current employer.

No point worrying over past. Go ahed and file a AR11 ASAP to make sure from now on USCIS has your updated address. In case in future this becomes an issue then contact a lawyer and try to resolve it.
But moving forward all non immigrants as well as GC holders should make sure they do not miss this important obligation to inform USCIS within 10 days of move. It is easy process and saves lots of trouble later on.

I guess in that case there would be a conference between house and senate,and the conferees will be decided by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi,they would sort out the differences in the bill and then would send it back to house and senate for a vote.
