I believe pre adjudicated means, most of the processing is done, and waiting for the visa number availability.
Nothing will happen for you on the info pass, hopefully you will come back with a good news.

obama has to worry about 2012 re-election. The mandate of the public is clear. They don't like his leftist policies. Even when the economy is doing good, chance of CIR is bad, so god only knows if he will even attempt. Congress is going to be deadlocked for 2 more years. Which is not to say nothing is possible. If the house passes something, Dems still have the senate. Obama may not have enough clout amongst the Democrats who are centered and struggled to hold their seats. Harry Reid also got a big scare, but atleast there are enough hispanics in his constituency to make him think of working on CIR again.

I applied EB3 I40 on 05/18/2007 and got approved on 05/23/2007
Considering the scenario is my I140 invalid?
Since your I140 filed after 15th of May 2007, you have to re apply through the new point system.

Yes, the video was submitted by mbawa2574 before. I also felt better after watching the news on a national TV. I think finally our problems are getting some attention. With the San Jose rally, Flower campaign and hopefully rallies in other cities (which should happen sooner before this issue dies down), we have a very good chance of getting a positive outcome.
It was for about 2 minutes. The first time this issue got TV coverage I guess.

First of all make a complaint about the employer to the INS that he is not paying... and make decision, US is not your entire life. If you have confidence you can do anything anywhere in this small world.

Please guys, I understand the frustration we're all going through but do not compare it to what happened to the Jews under the Nazis. We are indeed in a bad situation but comparing it to genocide is too much.
I have seen pictures of the Holocaust and still get nightmares.

Why are we rambling on and on about this? There is absolutely no connection between India buying fighter jets and immigration. That was what the OP wanted to know. If the immigration processes will get affected because India excluded Boeing and Lockheed. There seems to be no connection between the two issues. Period.

I read this amazing thread and I am feeling terrible guilty of not going to DC for Rally. I thought contributing $100 was enough.
YES, I GOTTA GO TO RALLY AND BE A PART OF THIS EFFORT. AND I WILL GO.
Guys: If IV wins and we are able to change the law.....and then someone comes across you and ask:
"Did You help?"
What will be your reaction? Will you pump your chest out and scream "YESSSS..."?

However, if you cannot find someone to go with you, then go alone. Many of the meetings we do in Washington, sometimes we get appointments from 2 or 3 offices at the same time. In that case we split up and only one person goes to meet the lawmakers or staffers. But we cannot lose opportunities or miss opportunities.
So go alone if there is no one else in your district to go with you.

Ideally in addition to posting your letter on www.WhiteHouse.gov/Contact, it would help if you send a letter to your Senators office as well.
Instead of sending emails, wouldn't it be better to send USPS mail or faxes?

I believe it is not a problem, I have read in other threads. but I would suggest lot of attorneys are only taking 300 or 500 dollars to file aC21. it is worth spending.

I tried to recruit 3 guys with 7-8 yrs of experience. We already have a 12 member offshore team...the average asking rate (H1s and citizens) is 90K ..H1B quota restriction is working in our favor very much. Market rate for IT professionals has increased quite handsomely..put ur resume out to dice or monster and see for urselves.

That was a very illogical reply to the per-country limit question. How come a large number of people from certain countries automatically eliminate people from smaller countries from getting green cards? That's an extremely dumb way of looking at it.
