Problem is that Affidavits and the Birth certificate has their names in 1 way and that is different when compared to the passport. That's the problem.

Look, the law is that the H1B employer must pay the promised LCA to the employee where he/she is in Project or out of Project or playing or vacationing or training .... As long as the employer doesn't terminate the employment they are supposed to pay the minimum wage.
If they don't pay and neither terminate - its a illegal thing. I completely understand what you are asking :)

i have a question to you guys..how much time NSC is taking these days to process AP applications? I sent my AP application online and documents last week. Whats the average time these days for getting AP renewal done? any inputs???

I believe one can send all applications in one packet, but be sure to include separate copies of supporting documents for each application with each sub-packet (per app). If paying by check, send separate checks (although I seem to recall you saying you'd paid by credit card).

The intent is to keep the issue of immigration alive till the elections so that there is a chance for any Immigration bill after elections. There are several other pressing issues faced by the nation and Immigration is just one of them. It may not be #1 priority now. don't worry.
The age determination for the purpose of aging out is done at the time of I-485 filing and not adjudication. You guys are safe!
They can't age out children just because they sit on an application for 5 years...
Relax..
I think at the present time this could be in doubt in all honesty since the USCIS have said there are no visa numbers available and are only accepting applications since they screwed up. So in essence there are no priority dates that are current. Your age is only set in 'stone' if your I485 is submitted when a visa number is available to you and that is not the case through August 17th.
Guess this rather strange outcome of the visa bulletin fiasco could raise any number of new scenarios.

Employer was able to speak to USICIS officer. He asked
whethere
1) I was contractor
2) from when I was employed
3) Work timings
4) exact office Location
my supervisor asked why all these questions about location and timing they said they will do a site visit
I feel if my app can trigger this than any other app could...
The USICs is just getting crazy with all the bueracacy crap

I was driving to the US from Canada and got a new I-94 on the port of entry. Immigration officer put a date that was 10 days ahead of the expiry on my I-797 telling me that I would have 10 additional days post I-797 expiry to leave the country.
Is this normal? Do I need the date changed on my I-94 to be the date I have on I-797? I would really appreciate your input on this.

What is NOID? If i don't respond do i have the time to respond. How much time do i have?

NOID means Notice of Intent to Deny which is usually sent if they haven't heard from you regarding an earlier notice ( for e.g RFE which is request for evidence , or continuity of case from your employer etc )
RFE - Request for evidence is usually generated when USCIS needs something from you or your employer . They have to be responded between 30-45 days mostly .
Contact both your lawyer and USCIS to find out why your case was denied.
